a trippy fragment from soviet movie v trinadtsatom chasu nochi (In the 13th hour of the Night; 1969) by larissa shepitko. apparently, it's a "new year's eve movie" (new year's eve, being something like halloween and christmas at once in russia, or at least the holiday of the year).

in the youtube-comments, someone sez:

On New Year's Eve 1969, various characters from Russian folklore gather in the hut of Baga Yaga to await the arrival of the New Year 1970 (portrayed as a high foreign guest), amid much foolery, snippets of popular artists of the day, satirical views of the west via a magical kaleidoscope, and other silliness.
